What is your return or cancellation policies?
Stocked items (slatwall, slatwall accessories, overhead racks) can be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.
Cabinets and components are custom-built to your specifications and cannot be returned. Your order is processed very soon after we receive your order. Once your order has entered our production it cannot be cancelled.
